Our Story

Professor Henry K. H. Woo, the initiator of our team, has years of experience in education. He spent years sharing insights and publishing more than 16 books on education, economics, politics, culture, literature, and agriculture. His deep understanding of human cognition and epistemology has empowered us to create innovative educational solutions to tackle the challenges of the modern world.

Meet The Team

Henry K. H. Woo

Chairman

Henry is an educationalist and educator. He is a serial entrepreneur in education and many other industries. He was founder to the Hong Kong Center for Educational Research and Technology and English Medium Limited, Hong Kong's first English tuition chain more than 30 years ago. He is also Founding Chairman of Hong Kong Institute of High Intelligence Education, Chief Editor of "The Educationalist", Chairman to two newspapers (Tin Tin Daily and The Hong Kong Globe), as well as Founder and Executive Director of the International Network for Economic Method, an international academic organisation with more than 10 Nobel Prize-winning members.

Rosemary Woo

Chief Executive Officer

Rosemary has over 10 years of experience with financial advisory and consulting, specialising in deals and market strategy, project financing, operational and governance optimisation, forensic advisory and transformation projects, covering sectors such as financial services, government, real estates and infrastructure, tech, retail and education.

Cynthia Kung

Chief Operating Officer

Cynthia is a MBA graduate from Rutgers Business School, and has over 30 years of management experience with international corporations. Cynthia has served a wide range of industries, including global sourcing, property, hospitality, F&B, entertainment, events management, electrical distribution and control systems, as well as civil engineering.

Faithfield Lam

Chief Relationship Officer

Faithfield is a seasoned specialist and lecturer in Chinese Medicine, Taoist Medicine, and Taoism, and co-author of the book "A Looking-glass into the Way of Healing: A Brief History of Taoist Medicine, TCM practice, and Chinese herbal medicine in Hong Kong". She currently serves as Founder of the Hong Kong Taoist Medicine Association and Honorary President of the Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Manufacturers United Association. Her extensive knowledge and experience in these fields has helped countless people gain deeper understanding of their mind, body, and soul.

Our team features distinguished alumni from such notable institutions as the University of Cambridge, University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Georgia Institute of Technology, ESSEC Business School, Warwick Business School, Rutgers Business School, and Education University of Hong Kong, etc. Together, we bring a wealth of professional knowledge and skills across fields, such as education, business, finance, computer science, AI, mathematics, engineering, social sciences, and traditional Chinese culture.

Guided by five core leadership members, our team industry specialists from across commercial and technical domains to drive our mission forward. Our commercial arm, which consists of more than 10 professionals, brings elite expertise from leading educational technology firms, Fortune 500 strategy divisions, renowned consulting firms, and major real estate investment conglomerates. Our eight-member technical cohort, on the other hand, pioneers advancements in generative AI architecture, human-centered UX/UI ecosystems, and end-to-end product lifecycle engineering.
